With a footprint of just for 4 meters, the LOTUS EVO COMPACT is the smallest fully automatic screen cleaning- and reclaiming system in its class. The LOTUS EVO COMPACT is highly suitable for textile printers and small format industrial printers who use standard inks.
Your screen is cleaned in the first module with a combination of spray tubes and the highly efficient Lotus Soft Touch brushes. In the second module the emulsion is removed with the Lotus Stripper, after which your screen is rinsed with high pressure water and dried for approximately 75% in module 3.
With a LOTUS EVO Development system the screen printer can develop his screens automatically. Regardless of the amount of work, or the person who develops the screens; the quality is always guaranteed and always of the highest standards. The screen frames are first sprayed with recycled water at low pressure after which the screen is washed with high pressure fresh water.
