One Reclaiming System. Multiple Functions.

The Lotus EVO Modular System is designed and built around your specific production needs. Whether you require ink reclaim, high-pressure washout, emulsion removal, or a combination of these processes, the Modular system can integrate them into a single efficient solution.
Individually configured for each customer, the EVO Modular is especially suited for graphic printers working with both small and large-format screens. Depending on your workflow and production requirements, the system can be configured with 2, 3, 4, or even 5 modules/chambers.

The EVO Modular System is typically equipped with two high-pressure units.  Our high-pressure chamber delivers powerful, efficient cleaning using only 100 BAR and two strategically positioned nozzles. This allows us to achieve excellent cleaning results without relying on excessive pressure or water consumption.
By doing more with less, the system reduces water usage and electrical demand (amps) while still providing the high-performance washout needed for consistently clean screens. The lower operating pressure is also gentler on the screen mesh, helping reduce unnecessary wear and extend the overall life of the screen.
